Green Mango - Medium

Green mangoes are medium to dark green, and firm. They are prepared by simply peeling them, and then cutting them into slim strips. They are sour tasting, and crunchy when chewed.

Green mango is extremely crunchy, with nutty and slightly floral notes. It is not considered a juicy mango, tasting similar to a crisp granny smith apple. It has one of the most unique, non-tropical flavors of all mangoes. It is best eaten when green or semi-ripe. 

They can also be pickled and eaten with curries and other spicy foods. Green mangoes are healthy to eat, theyre rich in fibre content, and have almost zero sugar content.
