Refund policy

We aim to ensure every order meets your expectations. If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Fresh Produce- dairy products, fruits & vegetables

  • Frozen products

  • Food items & gift sets

  • Incense & beauty products

  • Gift vouchers

These can only be returned if damaged or faulty, as per your legal rights. Photographic evidence will be required for claims.

How to Request a Refund:

Return Terms:

  • Items must be returned at your own cost.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Postage and packing costs (including those waived during promotions) will be deducted.

  • Additional charges (e.g. transaction or restocking fees) may also apply.
